Refund/Exchange Policy

I custom make most items in my store. I do NOT offer refunds or exchanges unless the mistake was mine. Instant downloads (Digital purchases) are irreversible and thus can not be cancelled or refunded once the purchase has been made even if the item is not downloaded. I do offer insurance on shipping damages if you desire to pay the fee charged by the post office for it. Proofs will be sent after purchase.  I recommend you make as many revisions/changes as necessary until you are happy before giving final approval.  Once the items are printed/made, any revisions will require a new order.  Customized items require input from the buyer. If no info is provided either at purchase there will be a delay in processing your order.  I will not offer a refund or cancel your order simply because you fail to provide info for customizing your order. I will not begin to process your order until payment is made and approval is given.  I will provide a digital draft (proof) of all customized items usually within 24-48 hours.  It is the buyer's responsibility to check and confirm the proof before your order can be processed.  All communication regarding a purchase from my shop will be through email. A delay in approval will cause a delay in processing your order.  No refund will be given for delayed orders that do not receive necessary input or confirmation in time. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages or shipping delays, so no refunds will be given for shipping issues.
