Do you offer customization on any of your products?
Yes, any item in my shop can be customized for you. There is no fee for customization of the wording, fonts, and/or colors of any item listed in my shop. I recommend sending a message first so I can better accommodate your request.
I want to order the peel and stick hand sanitizer labels. How soon will the labels ship to me?
I will create and send a draft of the label to you via email for approval. Once final approval of the label design has been given, I'll print and ship the labels to you. The labels will ship via USPS First class mail (2-5 days) to the address on the order. If your event date is close, at checkout, you may choose priority or Express shipping for a faster delivery. I am not responsible for lost or delayed shipping through USPS. The labels will ship for free for US buyers only. You pay for Priority or Express shipping.
Do you offer refunds, exchanges, or returns?
I custom make all items in my shop therefore, I do NOT offer refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the mistake was mine. Instant downloads (Digital purchases) are irreversible and thus can not be cancelled or refunded once the purchase has been made even if the item is not downloaded.
Customized items require input from the buyer. If no info is provided either at purchase or through email message, there will be a delay in processing your order. I will not offer a refund or cancel your order simply because you fail to provide info for customizing your order. No refund will be given for delayed orders that do not receive the necessary input or confirmation from the buyer in time.
I do not offer refunds for orders lost or delayed in transit!
Can you create a custom label or invite for me?
Can you provide a sample of a design or custom request before I purchase?
I love pushing my creative boundaries. However, I may not be able to accommodate your request for a unique sample (either digital or physical) before purchase. My priority is to complete the open orders I currently have. Keep in mind that if I am able to accommodate your request to produce your unique idea, I may use the product and list it as an offering in my shop for other buyers.
I need my order right away! Can you send it sooner?
If you need your order by a specific date please contact me before purchasing to be sure I can accommodate your request. I will not be responsible for items arriving late when no prior communication was given about the date the order was needed. In addition, I do not print without approval to do so. I will make every effort to reach you through email regarding your order. However if I do not receive the info to complete your order or the draft approval in a timely manner, your order may be delayed. I ship via USPS first class and/or priority mail for delivery within 2-5 days. If you need your order sooner, priority or Express shipping is an option. Please consider ordering well in advance of your event and include both processing and shipping times.
Can you change the name and date?
I'm not sure why this question is asked so often. Yes, the name and date can be changed. The name and/or date are what customizes or personalizes the product just for you. Most of my listings have a pic of the product using mock data or sample text to give you an example of what the customized product could look like. I'm happy to change the name, date, event title, etc to reflect your needs.
What's the difference between digital and peel & stick labels?
Digital labels are sent via email or provided as an instant download. You'll receive a pdf file of labels on a page. Print as many pages as you want to get your desired number of labels. Print onto white 8.5 x 11 sticker paper and cut out each label. Apply the label to bottle.
Peel & stick labels are mailed to you via USPS first class mail for delivery within 2-5 days. There is a fee for priority or Express shipping. Choose your qty of labels from the drop-down box. Add any customization wording to the personalization or note to seller box at checkout. You'll receive a draft of your label with the custom wording for your approval or changes. Once you approve, I'll print and cut the labels to send to you.
What is customization?
To customize means to modify or change. Any item in my shop can be customized to your liking, preference, and/or theme. There is no fee for customization. For customization of an item, just add your customization request to the personalization box at checkout or send via email message.
If I order the peel and stick labels, when will I receive them?
Once I receive the order, I will send a draft of the customized label to you via email message for approval or changes. If changes are needed, I'll revise and send another draft for your approval or additional changes. I'll continue to send drafts with your change requests until you approve. Approval delay will delay the order. Once you approve, I'll print, cut and ship the labels to you for free via USPS first class mail which is delivered within 2-5 days depending on your location. You may choose Priority or Express shipping at checkout for faster delivery at cost. I do not control the mail delivery and thus can not guarantee the delivery date. I recommend ordering ahead to make sure you receive the labels in time for your event.
